Wind pushes everything to right field. Pop-ups behind first base regularly carry into the parking lot — three windshields cracked last season per the maintenance guy. Foul liners down the 1st base line have a clear path to the chain-link and rattle off it like a snare drum.

Honest field. No-frills. The wind is brutal but at least it's the same for both teams. Porta-potty situation is what it is. We bring our own canopy for shade now.
